About Me
I hold a master’s degree in psychology and am licensed in couples counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My work specializes in helping couples from multicultural backgrounds, as I personally understand the complexities of building a life with a partner from a different culture. I use evidence-based CBT techniques to guide couples through difficult times, helping them rediscover connection and understanding.
In addition to couples counseling, I also work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, mild to moderate depression, panic attacks, postpartum anxiety, IBS, and low self-esteem. I am particularly passionate about supporting new immigrants—like myself—through the struggles of adapting to a new country, language, and culture. As a mother of three in a foreign country, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle the demands of family life, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
My goal is to help people feel better in their daily lives by providing practical, research-driven strategies that foster emotional resilience, balance, and peace. Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, adjusting to a new environment, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Therapy
Couples therapy can be incredibly valuable for any relationship, whether you’re navigating challenges or simply looking to strengthen your bond. In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify areas of conflict that may be contributing to stress, whether it’s premarital or marital. My goal is to help you both gain clarity on the issues at hand and develop effective strategies to work through them together.
Drawing from my background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and my experience with multicultural relationships, I guide couples in fostering healthier communication and understanding. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to improve how you connect, communicate, and resolve conflicts, empowering you to build a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.

In my mentoring approach, I draw on my experience working in large corporations, as well as my academic background with a master’s degree in psychology. My focus is on addressing specific challenges you may be facing, whether it’s related to your professional life, adapting to life in Israel, or personal areas such as self-esteem or life transitions.
